"Wonderful staff (very friendly & helpful)!! The hotel is “worn/older” & had we only stayed one night, my rating may have been lower. However, having stayed 6 nights, it definitely grew on us & by night 3, we were just used to some of the oddities (toilet rocked when you sat down, you had to slam the front door to actually get it to latch, & the A/C was very loud). We were on the 4th floor & the view was absolutely amazing (also saw a full rainbow over the ocean after a storm passed, saw a fireworks show, caught a gorgeous sunrise the morning before we left, & saw lots of dolphins during our stay). The location was much less crowded than further down the beach & Boardwalk, & the entire Boardwalk was walkable. We could hear people talking in the room next to us & people walking around & moving furniture above us but this was only a disturbance for a night or two. The beds & pillows were comfortable to us. Nice hot tub! We didn’t use the pool but it looked well kept (deep end looked to be 8ft). There seemed to be ample parking. Microwave, 5 cup coffee maker & dishes/cups/cutlery provided were sufficient for us. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the freezer portion of the mini fridge (able to fit 5-6 ice packs we had brought for small coolers). The balcony was not completely private (open at the top & bottom of the neighboring wall). Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean room, friendly staff & you don’t mind some quirks, this place is great!"
