“It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!”

“This is a very nice a Hampton Inn located in the beachfront of Virginia Beach. Everything was just fine. My only issue was paying the $20 daily parking fee, when all the other Hampton inns don't charge for parking. We were given a tag to hang in our rear view mirror, but apparently not enough protection from other people parking there. Food at breakfast was good. Staff in that area could have have friendlier!!! Smiled a little more; said "good morning."

“My family and I were really impressed with this property. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved that our room had views of the front of the building and the ocean. I wish we could've stayed more than one night. The only drawback was the breakfast--the hot food was cool and bland. There was no bacon just sausage. Not everyone wants to eat sausage. “Stayed Friday to Sunday. The hotel was clean and every time you looked around, someone was cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice. We did have an issue in our room where the rug was very wet. When I contacted housekeeping, they immediately contacted maintenance who came and looked at the issue.
