โIt was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just canโt get a better place to stay!โ
โFirst time staying at this property and the staff is great and welcoming, I wish I knew the young lady that checked me in on Sunday she was so sweet and very professional. I have stayed at other beach hotels and this was the first one that the room did not have sand all over even after HK clean the room.i also felt safe at this hotel knowing you wonโt have strangers/homeless people wondering the property as you need you key to access all doors and for the main elevator going to the floors. โ
โHaley accommodated our request for early check in with no issue. She was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We even received an upgraded room with a huge spacious private patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Room was just as spacious, and comfortable. โBetter than we expected. Room was comfortable with a great view. Front desk was very helpful. Arrived early and got a parkking pass and a restroom to change for the beach.โ
