"The Room I started out in was a little dated and on the 2nd floor but clean. They moved me on my 2nd day to a higher floor so I could have a better view of the beach! This room was in a more updated area of the hotel and was clean. There are some areas that need a little tlc but it’s on the coast so I know the saltwater air makes that more challenging. The parking garage is a little tight for big SUVs like I drive but it was manageable. It’s a no frills, clean hotel that was well worth the money and has great ocean views!"

"Stayed for my birthday barely was in the room but smell was bad and all my towel either was dirt stain or long hairs attached. Will not book again"

"Disappointing.We booked a king bed oceanfront room and received confirmation. When we checked in, only after me verifying it was a king bed, they told me it was two double beds. I showed the clerk ny confirmation I booked a king room. She checjed with her manager as to why the room was changed and we were told they had to do maintenance in the king room and they had no way of getting in touch with us to tell us about the change in rooms and the only room they had left to put us in was a double bed room. They did comp our parking for two nights and a comped breakfast for two. In the room , our coffee pot still had water in it from the prior guest, called the desk, it took housekeeping an hour and a half to bring us a new coffee pot. The bathroom sink only had scalding hot water until about 11pm, at which time there was no water coming out of the faucet. I complained to the manager, he said the maintenance man could come up and work on it but my husband was already sleeping, by morning we did have running water. Great hotel location, but truly a disappointing stay for a Hilton "
