"My review is not reflective of the actual hotel, but the fact that this IHG hotel staff went ahead and signed me up for an IHG rewards account WITHOUT my consent. This was even after specifically asking me if I wanted to join and me declining, they did it anyway. That is an abhorrent violation of trust for your consumer. For the hotel itself, it was good. I have stayed multiple times. Room is comfortable and clean, walls are soundproofed, continental breakfast is good, etc."
