โIt was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just canโt get a better place to stay!โ
โThis property was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many hotels in Virginia Beach, and this was definitely one of the best. The kitchen was equipped with full sized appliances, it was clean, and everything was in working condition. โBreakfast was very good with choices of eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, milk, OJ, apple juice, coffee (coffee available all day in the lobby, too). There was a waffle station line with 4 waffle makers, which made it easier to navigate during the breakfast rush. At least two staff were at breakfast area restocking, as needed.
