“Upon arriving at 9pm my suite was not ready, mind you check in is at 3pm. There was no communication of the delay. When I entered, there was a lobby full of people & luggage, They estimated a 30 min wait time with a defaulted apology. They offered me to go eat at a near by restaurant with the promise that my suite would be ready. Unfamiliar with the area & traveling with an infant I asked to leave my luggage & he refused.
