I have never stayed at a hotel that was so loud before. Doors slamming all night and people walking up and down the hall yelling. The walls were so thin we could hear the rooms on both sides of us anytime someone talked. We stayed on the club floor (upgrade since our room was sold out) and did not expect that kind of experience. While the property was clean and the staff were great, we couldn’t sleep and wouldn’t stay here again.

A man at the front door was so kind to our family. My husband and I were struggling with our bags and our 23 month old and he was so nice and even carried some of our bags himself upstairs. We had a very long day and it made us feel welcome and more comfortable before even walking inside. We’ll be staying here again for sure.

Room was spotless, staff very polite and efficient, from the valet to the front desk, the bartender and the cleaning staff. Everyone had a smile and a friendly demeanor. View from the room was gorgeous.
