"The pool was broken and we were not alerted ahead of time. The door for our bathroom didn't close and they said they fixed it (and they did come by) but it still didn't close. The hotel had two elevators and one was broken the entire weekend. The beds were very comfortable though and the staff was kind and welcoming. "

"Location was awesome, parking was great. I was put on the third floor and the long hallway was dirty and in need of vacuuming. Ceiling was missing a lot tiles. Walked into the room and ran into a spider web. Room was dusty and very outdated except for the tv. I’m assuming no one really stays on the third floor so the rooms are cleaned as they are used. Meaning if no one stays in a room over 2 weeks it isn’t cleaned or dusted on a regular basis. I checked the bed and it was clean. Very quiet overnight"

"Check IN with virtual assistant was not expected. Would help if the attendant spoke louder and better English. Also, with new system helpful in giving pre and post expectations (ie Check out procedure). A/C fan ran all night even with warmer temp selection. Began to get cold in the early morning had to shut off. West coast person so parking lot noise was very early. alarm from vehicle next to broke down truck made sleeping difficult. I am ADA with balance issues. Tub basin was very slippery getting and I actually slipped and fell turning in shower. Minimal bath towels with no bathmat or hand towels. House keepers were very nice."
