โThe host in Starbucks name Dawn was excellent in service. The front desk checked in by Kit Bradley was a great experience. We ate at restaurant in the evening an young man was very nice did not get his name โ
โI was able to use the washer and dryer and it was nice to be able to cook and eat meals easily, but cleanliness needs to be improved. Especially washing machines, dryers, microwaves, and in-room air vents are more important.โ
โMy only issues were that we had to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. We also had to ask for extra towels and was given pool towels. The hotel quickly brought the stuff we asked for. Itโs nicely renovated. The room was nice.โ
โGreat hotel, perfect location! Will definitely be back! Has a great restaurant where you get 15% discount, although we didnโt realize that fact until the last day because no one informed us at check-in. โ
โMy family and I were really impressed with this property. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved that our room had views of the front of the building and the ocean. I wish we could've stayed more than one night. The only drawback was the breakfast--the hot food was cool and bland. There was no bacon just sausage. Not everyone wants to eat sausage. Other than that the experience was excellent. โ
โThe staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated but comfortable with a great balcony view. The hotel is located by many restaurants and shops.โ
