“The Virginia Highlands hospitality is evident in every employee at this property. From the moment we checked in to checking out the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their community. We were immediately pointed in the right direction for good food, beer and music. The Breakfast was on par with the Hampton Inn Brand and the Breakfast room was immaculate. “I stayed one night I was alone the bed was soft and comfortable the AC / heater worked well it was somewhat noisy the little refrigerator was a little bit noisy as well. The picture of rooms online showed that there was a desk with a chair but there was not a desk, I was hoping to sit and study some at a desk. Since it is half the price of the nicer hotels you have to set your expectations lower.”
