"The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The rooms are great, with very comfortable beds and a spacious layout. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but still perfectly adequate. Everything was very clean, and the bedding was especially nice. Each room also includes beautiful, cozy robes, which are even available for purchase. The only thing that bothered me was the front desk staff. On multiple occasions when I approached, I was not acknowledged, whether the staff member was alone or assisting another guest. I completely understand being busy with other customers, but even a simple acknowledgment or a quick “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, every time I went to the front desk, whether for check-in, check-out, or to ask for directions to the parking, it felt like I was being ignored while staff were focused on conversations or their computer screens. I just wish the front desk staff had been a bit more friendly and attentive, that would have made an already great stay even better."

"Charming hotel from 1902. Rooms basic but perfectly fine. Lounge and restaurant cozy and welcoming. Very accommodating staff. Right in small village of Red Stone. I had a great time there."

"All the other that drove in my family were unaware of the $10 parking fee. (Several cars.) When we questioned the desk they were not nice! I am Shure it said it on the web sight but none of us saw it. That is the only thing that would keep me from coming back. Maybe a sign at the front desk would help."
