The staff here are fantastic! Although the rooms are clean, the hotel is in need of updating - and the owners really need to sort the lift situation (I think it's the 3rd visit I've had where it's been out of action). But the staff more than make up for issues in the building.

This was a totally unplanned trip due to travel disruption. I was tired, frustrated and confused but the reception staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. The room was comfortable and clean.

Celtic Manor Resort
Fantastic spa day and overnight stay at the Celtic Manor. Staff were courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel, food was superb, our suite was stunning, the spa facilities were wonderful. We had such a magical time. We are already discussing our return!
