“Room for the first night, the heating was not working and a draft coming into the room from the window. Got moved into a different room for the remainder of the stay but the heating still didn’t work. That along with the lift not working from the first floor causing us to carry luggage up each day. Staff were great, but the overall experience of the stay left a lot to be desired. ”
