*The service is fantastic: We locked ourselves out of the room, on a freezing night, (at around 8:30pm) and the staff didnโt hesitate to come and open the door for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

โWhat a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. โ
โAmazing experience from check in to check out. Staff are incredible. Location is fantastic, so close to the main attractions of Ballarat. Rooms are generous and well appointed for a single night or many weeks. I will stay here again! Absolutely amazing experience. โ
โHelpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. Was away with work so the indoor pool, spa and sauna was amazing after a hard day. Only issue was bed was a bit lumpy and too much light coming thru windows at nightโ
