"Hotel needs updating but overall, a good stay. Outside areas were well kept. Lobby needs more seating. Restaurants not open long enough to accommodate dinner guests. Shows were mediocre. Room was clean. Contracted security at resort was rude."

"Food isn't good, worse than other all inclusive resorts. The property is beautiful and well maintained and staff is very friendly and engaging. Very decent budget friendly option. Beware the doors of the rooms are very flimsy and easy to break or get stuck.."

"Nice place to travel. Food is good. Adults only was nice and quiet. Shower old and not well cleaned rooms. Bathroom in Palace dirty. Fan in theater not working well was so hot. I have been visited this place 11 years ago and place was much better. But we rested and had great time."

"Room was clean and spacious, had a safe fridge & coffee bar. Staff was either hit or miss, hit if they were to be tipped (servers bar tenders masseuse) miss if they didn’t require a tip (check in reception). Birds stalked the pool and outdoor bar, nothing edible was safe. There were a few restaurants and liquor stores across the street. Convenient location!!"
