"Overall not a bad stay. The first night was a bit noisy but we got a room change. Food was salty a lot of the time. Amenities were functionally. Rooms were clean. The staff was very nice"

"I’ve really enjoyed the resort, though I’ve found the food at a few of the dining spots to be too salty for my taste. The Reef restaurant was the only place where the seasoning felt balanced and the food was genuinely enjoyable."

"Our family of four had a Royal Suite for 8 nights. We booked our trip six months in advance to ensure a nice size suite on an optimal floor. Three days into our stay the A/C broke in one of the bedrooms, and despite our preference to make due & stay in the current location we all had to repack & move to a much smaller royal suite on a lower floor in a less desirable area. Wasted half a day of our vacation & no compensation was granted. Additionally, since our booking in January there was a policy change to limit access to the beach by The Cove hotel where the snorkeling provides the best views of turtles and other sea life. We were stopped by security and weren’t permitted to walk through certain convenient direct paths to the beach and had to walk at least an extra half mile back the way we came & around the pools to get to the beach. My husband later collapsed from heat exhaustion, which was very scary and very likely the result of all the extra walking. When I booked the vacation, there was one 21 & over pool at The Cove hotel that was private. It seems the property is giving increasingly special treatment to that hotel. Regardless if you spend $30k+ on your vacation, you may be treated as a 2nd class citizen. I would have booked at the Cove hotel if I was aware of the policy changes and imbedded hierarchy. Unfortunately that hotel is inconvenient to the majority of the property, casinos, & restaurants like Nobu. Our overall experience was disappointing for what we paid."

"Very nice and luxurious spot. Food and drinks were expensive though. The resort is very isolated, which we did not like but at least it was very safe."

"The resort itself was nice. The pools in the hot tubs were nice. Those only pool was nice. I wasn’t able to experience that as I had a child with me when we checked in and went to our first room. The sheets were dirty, though there was hair on the counter. I went down to check in and they were able to change my room. The second room was better and cleaner overall, the day was OK. I just feel like they could’ve had more authentic Puerto Rican food and the staff are not that friendly."

"The resort was gorgeous and very well maintained. Even the outside restrooms near the pools were extremely clean. The staff was amazing, always with a smile and kind words. The attention to detail around the resort, inside and out, was perfect. The food is very overpriced and underwhelming. That was my only complaint. I’d come back again."
