"Mi estancia en el Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All Inclusive Resort fue una maravilla absoluta. El hotel es hermoso y sus instalaciones son de primera, pero lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el increíble trato de su gente. Wendy llevó nuestras maletas a la habitación con una rapidez, cuidado y una sonrisa que te hacen sentir bienvenido desde el primer segundo. "Staff was great. Friendly and attentive. Entertainment was fun. The restaurants were great. I was fortunate to have a reservation at a different restaurant each night. Beds were comfortable and shower was great with plenty of hot water. Lighting wasn’t the best for applying makeup though. The mini fridge/bar was stocked daily and you had 24hr room service if needed. The Atlantis casino is nearby(aquarium free after 5pm) and I walked to Margaritaville restaurant for lunch (cheeseburger in paradise is on special between 11am and 1pm). From there you can take the ferry to cruise ports to shop at markets and visit Senor Frogs). Now for the Downside, , you had to pay for WiFi, the resort credit was useless, minimal amount off spa and no gift shop on premises. To sum it up. I had a great time and would return."
