“We booked an ocean-view room, but when we arrived, we were given a room with mostly a garden view and only a very distant glimpse of the ocean in the background.
When we complained, the manager told us this was an Expedia description issue and explained that the hotel has both “ocean view” and “oceanfront” rooms. However, the photos shown for the ocean-view room were misleading and did not match what we actually received.
Expedia was also very unhelpful with our complaint and did not respond...
