“We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming and attentive and the concierge service was super helpful with recommendations and organizing bookings for restaurants. The hotel had great amenities including the spa, and our beachfront suite was wonderful. Being able to swim out to see turtles in the lagoon was a real highlight for the whole family.”

“When we arrived we they didn’t have the rooms reserved and paid for and could only give us one room class reserved and a downgraded room. The beach was covered in sargassum and a lot was in disrepair. Our bedroom door wouldn’t close, the food was very average and the property itself was mostly on the side of a hill which made it a nonstarter for anybody who has trouble with stairs. I give it a B-”
