โThis review is based on a 4 night stay.
Town place suites Killeen was a surprise in disguise.
Clean, quiet, comfortable.
Beds and pillows good.
Housekeeping was good and very accommodating.
Breakfast was good and enjoyed it.
Only one complaint, I like to unpack but no dresser ๐. 2 Sliding shelves in small closet instead. Small matter for such a relaxing stay.
Oh yeah pool was open and well maintained๐โ
โThis hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. We enjoyed the breakfast (especially the cold brew coffee!), our room was comfortable, the Internet was fast, but it is everyone we interacted with that will have us staying here next time we're in the area.โ
โThe rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, the walk in shower was very nice. The only thing I did not like was they only had two luggage carts and other customers had taken them to there rooms and did not return them. When I was checking out I was unable to use one for my luggage made it difficult to walk with a cane and carry my luggage to the car.โ
โNice property, convenient. Repair work needs to be done in bathroom tub. Room was always clean. It smelled clean all the time. Simple breakfast- not much there! Very kind employees.โ
โWe stayed for 5 days while visiting friends in the area. The hotel was just what we needed. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly and helpful employees, they were wonderful. We would stay at this hotel again in the future.โ
โOur overall stay was excellent when we were there from Friday (8/8) until Sunday (8/10). Our room was cleaned when we first checked in.
The only thing that was unusual was the setup of our bathroom because sink and faucet were located right next to our main room door. Toilet and shower were together in the same room separate from sink & faucet. This set up reminded me of how some of the bathrooms in France were set up.
The biggest gripe for me was the stairway across from room 302 going down...
