“Vickie was so welcoming and very helpful, going out of her way to sort out our parking. The property is beautiful, comfortable and cosy and immaculate. Just a short walk into Penrith’s centre and all the pubs and shopping. Just up the road is an M&S food hall. I would love to stay here anytime.”

“You don't get good feeling when you get into the room and there weren't shampoo/body wash (delivered next morning). There is no reception and a call to the hotel, it was received by property manager. She mentioned that we didn't had the reservation from Expedia but upon insisting, she found it and took 10 mins to arrive for letting us in.
