Excellent facilities, staff and service. Only thing I could say should be improved is the quality of the sweet pastries at breakfast as it was the only element not being at 4* level. Amazing stay overall! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel in central position next to the port and the town center with free parking. Wonderful breakfast in a wondeful roof top terrasse. I was there three nights with my husband for a short trip and we were both very happy. Lovely staff at the reception, housekeeping and bar/restaurant. Hope to be able to come again to Carloforte and book again in your hotel.

Amazing!! The property is located very close to the embankment and the town centre. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was excellent. A huge shout out to the staffs who were very professional and shared a lot of suggestions!

The room was spacious and it overlooked the harbor. The bathroom and shower were spacious too and everything was clean and in good working order. The only issue we had was with the door, which my husband had to shove open. The rooftop breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff quite helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Expérience decevante

Séjour de 3 jours en août 2024, après un premier séjour que nous avions du annuler (d'ailleurs sans aucune compensation acceptée par l'établissement en 2020(raisons familiales), cela aurait dû nous alerter). Nous nous sommes fiés à la notation et aux commentaires et n'aurions pas du. Expérience très décevante, a tous niveaux: accueil, décoration, petit déjeuner, chambres. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel, et nous n'y retournerons certainement pas, ni dans aucun hôtel de cette chaîne des Lu Hôtel. Si vous avez un peu d'exigences, appréciez les établissements familiaux élégants, avec des petits déjeuners faits maison et du service, cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour vous du tout. Mieux vaut descendre a l'hôtel a Portoscuso, et vous déplacer à la journée seulement a San Pietro. La salle du petit déjeuner, sur le toit de l'hôtel mériterait une décoration beaucoup plus charmante (merci le petit dej dans un hall de gare façon bocal ou préau qui résonne, il y a tellement de potentiel avec cette vue, c'est vraiment dommage), et STOP aux déménagements incessants des tables et chaises qui raclent le carrelage (audible du 3e étage, alors que la terrasse est au 5e..), la salle de bain de la chambre est vétuste et devrait être refaite immédiatement pour prétendre être au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.

Ottima esperienza, oltre ad essere immediatamente raggiungibile ed avere ampi parcheggi di fronte, oltre a parcheggi dedicati, la struttura è davvero ben tenuta, pulita e curata nei particolari, il personale è squisito, bellissimo e suggestivo spazio per le colazioni in terrazza panoramica, eravamo in nove, un gruppo di tre famiglie, ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo… consigliato 👍

Il mio compagno, la mia bambina di 3 anni, ed io ci siamo stati alla fine di agosto. Abbiamo alloggiato in una tripla superior. La camera pulitissima e molto spaziosa. Ottima la colazione a buffet, servita sulla terrazza panoramica, nella quale abbiamo preso anche qualche aperitivo. Il personale molto cordiale, disponibile, e molto paziente con la bambina. Unico appunto: in un albergo di questo livello sarebbe utile che nelle camere venga posto un bollitore, o, in alternativa, una postazione con forno a microonde su ogni piano (abbiamo avuto difficoltà a scaldare il latte alla bambina, prima di andare a dormire).

Hoalloggiato nella struttura dal 14 al 16 agosto. La notte del 14, dopo aver cenato fuori, la camera aveva la temperatura di 28 gradi centigradi. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e alla reception sostenevano che "essendo in vacanza" mi sarei dovuta adattare. Dopo aver discusso per un'ora ho ottenuto un cambio camera con installazione di "pinguino delonghi". Il mattino dopo, nuovamente un cambio camera. Risultato: una notte in bianco. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare in quanto era presente muffa nella doccia e il pavimento sporco di polvere e sabbia. Peccato per l'atteggiamento poco professionale e maleducato del personale che lavora la notte in quanto il mattino dopo e durante il giorno erano tutti estremamente gentili. Da rivedere pulizia e personale con turno notturno a cui mancano le basi dell'educazione e dell'accoglienza.

L’hôtel est situé directement face au port, très facile d’accès lorsqu’on débarque du ferry. Beau bâtiment moderne mais avec le style de l’ancien. Grande chambre, propre. Terrasse panoramique avec une vue époustouflante où on peut prendre l’apéritif et le petit déjeuner. A recommander vivement !
