Small boutique feel, staff are really friendly and helpful, and it's located in a great part of the trendy Palermo suburb with plentiful eating and shopping on its doorstep. The hotel were really accommodating with early flight arrivals and late departure.โ

My only complaint is that communication between Expedia and the hostel was not clear, and resulted in us not getting the room we thought we had booked. Everything worked out, but in the future I will contact the hostel directly.โ
โIt was nice to stay at Palermo Suites. However, the glass door on the bathtub could not shield the shower drops and let the bathroom floor be flourished by water. Except that everything was fine and comfortable. Thanks Palermo team!โ
