You should stay here!

Lovely room. Comfy beds. Would be nice if they had a sign in English saying to go to the restaurant instead of just a phone number, as the hotel doors were locked. I speak little French and the person on the phone spoke little English. Luckily there was someone with them who could help out. Very lovely place and very nice people once we figured out how to communicate.

We were traveling by bicycle and the lady at the reception told us to leave our bicycles there for them to be safe. We wanted to leave at 6am and the whole place was closed and reception locked from the inside with no way to retrieve our bikes. We called their mobile numbers and were told no one could help we would have to wait 3h until 9am... Very poor service when we told the lady at reception we didn't want breakfast because we were leaving very early at 6am and even asked where we could leave the keys for checkout. This delayed our trip on 3 hours which mean we only arrived at out destination late at night

L'hôtel est situé à côté de l'église de Carnac et de la mairie où se trouve le musée de la préhistoire. L'hôtel est un peu loin de la mer mais proche des alignements de Carnac à pied, trente minutes environ, j'ai oublié de regarder ma montre, facile à trouver. Prévoyez un petit budget pour la librairie de la maison des mégalithes qui est très intéressante pour les achats pour petits et grands, pour la conférence de 15h et pour les Petits trains. Les alignements de Carnac sont inoubliables et nous transportent dans une autre époque lorsqu'on peut s'y promener à l'intérieur, on a envie d'y rester longtemps. Il y a des librairies et des boutiques new age, des bibelots tout à côté aussi de l'hôtel. Ma chambre était comme sur la photo, plaisante, la literie très confortable, avec une salle de bain avec baignoire et une fenêtre super, une télévision à écran plat qui marche, chambre propre. Une jolie salle de resto avec des photos de stars, un bar et une terrasse.

Très décevant - ne correspond pas à la description

Nous avons logé un week-end dans cet hôtel et avons très vite été déçu des prestations. En effet, pratiquement aucune des informations portées sur le site ne sont bonnes : - il est écrit « parking gratuit » sur le site alors que l’hôtel ne dispose d’aucun parking. - le check-in est indiqué à 8h sur le site, information qui nous avait étonnés, en arrivant à l’hôtel, on voit un panneau nous informant « check-in de 10h-17h », nous étions arrivés à 13h30. On nous répond que le check-in ne se fait pas avant 15h et que l’on devait attendre. - sur le site, le buffet du petit déjeuner est indiqué à 8,50€ pour les adultes et 6,50€ pour les enfants alors qu’en fait c’est 11,50 €. - nous décidons le matin même de demander si l’on peut prendre le « buffet » de petit déjeuner, il était 9h30 et se terminait à 10h30. On nous répond oui, nous encaisse et en découvrant le dit « buffet » constatons qu’il est quasiment vide : plus d’œufs, plus de pancakes, plus de viennoiseries, pratiquement plus de pain , … Nous les en informons et leur demandons d’y remédier. Ils ont rajouté en tout et pour tout 3 pancakes. L’un des employé a également constaté l’état du buffet et notamment des viennoiseries, en a fait part à la personne qui nous avait acceptés et encaissés à 9h30, qui lui a répondu : « il est est 10h11, ce n’est pas la peine ». Si l’on accepte des gens au petit déjeuner, la moindre des choses est de remplir le buffet, surtout si les personnes sont venus vous le demander spécifiquement!
Le soit disant « buffet » de petit déjeuner 1h avant la fin !

Literie correcte. Salle de bains très mauvais écoulement de la baignoire wc en mauvais état État général de la chambre et de la sdb très moyen. Le restaurant est plus que médiocre le petit déjeuner est plus que decevant (variété et qualité )

Un petit biniou, heu bijou....

Première halte en Bretagne, un bel hébergement au centre du bourg avec toutes les facilités. A quelques enjambées de la plage. Nous avons reçu un bel appartement 2 chambres au dernier étage. Notre petit animal nous accompagnait. Nous n'avons pas testé le dejeuner. A recommander, très propres, pas d'ascenseur.

Le personnels étaient absent pour nous accueillir. La chambre était pas si propre ,lampe qui ne fonctionne pas, sanibroyeur robinet d’eau froide bloqué . Nous avons signalé ce problème de robinet , la réponse a été on vous propose de vous loger dans un autre hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très limité et les produits pas si bon que ça . Je sais bien que nous sommes dans un 2 étoiles mais en pleins centre de Carnac avec beaucoup de touristes, un effort peut être fait. Je ne recommande pas

Mauvaise isolation phonique on entend les conversations des personnes et les sanibroyeurs des chambres voisines. Propreté : pas de nettoyage sur une semaine. la poussière est restée au sol les draps pas remplacé malgré l’avoir demandé.
