“Friendly staff and good service”

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. I will say that the pillows were not great. Very flat. Having a variety of pillow thicknesses would be a great improvement. We pointed out to the desk clerk upon our departure that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that needed to be addressed. The door lock didn’t consistently unlock with the keycard. Several attempts were often necessary.”

“There wasn’t anything I liked about this property. NOTHING!! Old, rundown, dingy and dirty. The couch was orange in color and very old and dirty. The bed mattress had blood on it like someone was shooting up and bled on it. The tub had a used bar of soap on the top of the shower wall rim. The hallway carpet throughout was loose and damaged as if it had been flooded. There was a fan and dehumidifier running in the hallway. The walls are paper thin!
