"My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. The rooms were on the smaller side, but that’s quite typical for Europe and they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was modern with small but clean rooms and a good location. Bathroom setup with tub & separate shower plus additional toilet room was nice, but with the sofa bed made, there wasn't anywhere to leave our luggage. The kids play area in the lobby, kids' check gift & a large breakfast buffet was very nice extra for the kids. The bar was opened late for the world cup game, which Germany won - definitely a great way to end the day."

"Receptionist is very friendly and helpful, give us area map and explain about location. She's from Bosnia. Hotel is clean with free coffee and tea. Hotel location is good, walking distance to old town, about 15 minutes walk. Close to Aachen Spa, 5 minutes walk. A little far from train station, about 10 Euro taxi drive."
