I can genuinely say this is probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Whenever I come back to Zakopane, this is the only hotel I would book. The location is perfect beautiful, convenient, and an excellent base for enjoying Zakopane and the mountains. The hotel itself is gorgeous, comfortable, incredibly clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is AMAZING! There is such a great selection, everything is fresh and delicious, and it was honestly something I looked forward to every morning. I also have to mention the pool because I normally hate swimming in public or hotel pools, but I absolutely love this one. It is always exceptionally clean, the water feels so fresh, and there isn’t that overwhelming chlorine smell that you get at so many other pools. It’s one of the few hotel pools I actually look forward to using! The staff are wonderful friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel and making guests feel comfortable. After staying here for two summers in a row, I honestly wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I’m in Zakopane. It has become my home away from home in the mountains, and I already can’t wait to come back next summer! ❤️🏔️ Highly, highly recommend!"
