"When we arrived they gave us 2 twins bed. I requested a queen bed or king bed. The manager told me first that they were 100% booked, then he said I have a king bed with a river view room ( I never saw the river from the hotel!!) for 200 EUROS. As you can imagine i won’t give out 200 euros for free. ..."
