"With a reservation number, we were not allowed to stay due to the front desk said they were having an IT problem with their computers. Claimed they could not allow us entry to our reserved room without the computers being able to print out the room keys. By 9:30pm, I finally gave up on the room and had to find a last minute place to stay. Costed us $ 100 more than expected in another Hotel. I dont know why they could not accept my reservation # that was sent to me via e-mail and use their master...
"It had a weird smell. The door lock wouldn’t engage and the front desk guy said to just pull the lever over the little lock which really didn’t make me feel any better. The beds squeaked bad. It was just very basic!"
