Nice hotel, very centrally located to everything and all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was amazing. They had a buffet spread and also al la carte menu all included with the cost of your stay. Very good options

What meant the most to me was how much love and care they showed my wife and my son. They weren’t just welcoming us as guests, they made us feel like family. The presentation of everything they did was beautiful their room service top-notch. Their food was delicious. The only complaint was there was loud music because of a birthday party that was happening at the pool, but other than that, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel and great service, with a few areas to improve I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Bastión. The property is beautiful, luxurious, and truly welcoming. The design and atmosphere create a unique experience, and the staff was kind and professional throughout my visit. However, I did have to leave one night earlier than planned due to a force majeure situation, and I found the hotel to be rather inflexible about adjusting the reservation accordingly. It would have been appreciated to receive a bit more understanding in that regard. The only real downside was breakfast — both in terms of quality and the time it took to get service from the kitchen. There's definitely room for improvement there. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
