Top floor with great view, clean bathroom. Only weird thing was only one(giant) pillow on double bed. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Chech in staff were very helpful

The view was the best ever The front of house team exceeded all our expectations. They were professional and clearly enjoyed their job. They gave us a tip about a local drink and a local meat speciality for my husband and a vegetarian speciality for me!

Great location: hotel beach, shallow warm water perfect for families. Many things to keep kids occupied. If you like your holidays to feel like you are in a foreign land rather than brits abroad, this could be the place for you.

No lo recomiendo. Instalaciones de los años 70-80. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Tratan al huésped sabiendo que no va a volver, pero como hay tanta demanda y poca oferta... Para ver las 4 estrellas tienes que mirar por la noche al cielo, porque en el hotel no las vas a encontrar. El precio es de un hotel de 5 estrellas, la realidad un hostal. Una pena que hagan esto con el turismo de Murcia, deberían pedir responsabilidades a quien haya regalado las estrellas.

Excelente hotel

Ficamos 6 dias no hotel. A comida além da variedade, era excelente. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prontos ajudar. Os quartos eram limpos todos os dias. A vista do nosso quarto era para o mar menor. Que vista incrível. A piscina estava diariamente a uma temperatura de 30•. Todos os dias tinham diversão, para os adultos e para as crianças. O hotel tem acesso direto para o Mar Menor e a poucos passos do Mar Mediterrâneo. Tem estacionamento em frente ao hotel. Para além da excelente localização. Excelente qualidade/preço. Para além de recomendarmos este hotel, queremos voltar.

Muy buen trato desde del check in con Javier, luego los empleados del comedor también muy amables. Óptima localización. Habitación antigua pero nada malo. La ducha estupenda. Tiene salida directa a la playa. Único punto a mejorar es la demora de los ascensores.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä englanninkielen taito. Aamiainen hyvä ja monta linjastoa. Huone muuten hyvä mutta ilmalämpöpumppu puhaltaa suoraan sänkyyn. Outoa että hotellin allasalueella aurinko tuolit ovat maksulliset !!!

Hotel viejo y muy gastado, las camas duras como tablas, el desayuno de los peores que he visto, no te atendían para darte mesa tenias que buscártela tu y estaban las pocas vacías sucias, la calidad de la comida muy barata y mala, por terminar el ambiente del hotel era muy bajuno, no volvería nunca

Con diferencia, el peor hotel de 4 estrellas

Con diferencia, el peor hotel de 4 estrellas que he conocido en España. Opinión sobre Hotel Izán Cavanna Opinión pendiente Hotel anclado en los años 60, sin reformas significativas desde entonces. Las habitaciones normales para 2, pero muy pequeñas para 3. Nosotros al tener una cama supletoria no nos podíamos mover. Las camas muy malas y bajas. Tras quejarnos en recepción (el personal es lo mejor del hotel) nos dieron una un poco más grande, y con el baño algo reformado. Muy grande para sus tres ascensores, lo que hace que haya continuas aglomeraciones para subir y bajar. El restaurante (solo lo utilicé para desayuno) pobre y muy abarrotado. Después de tener reservadas tres noches, no aguanté y me fui antes. Para no estar a gusto, es mejor perder dinero.
