Staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooftop bar/restaurant was also a great place to hang out after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to stay in El Poblado.

The food was good and the staff was excellent. My only complaint is the water in the sink in the room was warm at best, and the shower was completely cold. That was very disappointing. I would not book again based on this factor alone.
