Mucho potencial pero le faltan ciertos detalles

La propiedad es fantastica, el desayuno incluido muy bueno pero pareciera que todo lo tenia hecho y todo estaba frio cuando lo sirvieron, queriamos extra cafe y tuvieron que ir a pedir permiso al manager si podian hacer otra jarra. Si estan un poco pendientes de los detalles en servicio seria fantastico. Tambien almorzamos y tuvimos que esperar mas de 45 para que llegara la cuenta. La entrada necesita ser pavimentada o los huecos tapados.

El hotel es amplio, pero la atención al cliente es regular. Da la impresión de que los empleados no les gusta trabajar en este lugar, se nota que están estresados y de la misma manera le responden al huésped. Los entiendo, porque el último día de mi alojamiento, oí cómo le llamaban la atención a uno de los colaboradores, sin importar que habían huéspedes alrededor, por parte de alguien que parece el dueño, de una manera despota.La información toca estarla preguntando, la clave del WiFi, horario del restaurante, horario de la piscina. A pesar de ser un hotel restaurante, aunque seas huésped, después de las 7 PM, no hay servicio. En cuanto a la comida, los desayunos estuvieron buenos, pero el almuerzo bastante regular, para los precios que manejan. El área donde están las mesas del restaurante, tiene tantas moscas que uno no come tranquilo, pendiente que no se posen en la comida.Lo escogí porque es un hotel pet friendly, pero me tocó tener a mi perrita cargada, la mayor parte de las veces que la sacaba de la habitación, porque en la propiedad había un perro que salía corriendo a atacarla. Tenía altas expectativas por las opiniones que aparecen en la plataforma, pero no me sentí cómoda alojándome en este lugar.
