The oceanfront views were something special at sunrise and sunset. The staff was super friendly and very patient with people with a poor command of the Spanish language. The heated pool was releí and everything I tried on the menu was good! I definitely recommend the creamed mushrooms and chicken soup! OMG

Excelente location ! Just a few steps to the beach . Unlike other sections of Cartagena this area is not inundated with vendors so it was an enjoyable experience . The views from the room were amazing. Staff was friendless and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options . We will be back for sure

Front desk staff and all staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Amenities were great. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was the paid minibar in the room. My daughter mistakenly drank one of the water and they charge $5 us for the bottle. Otherwise the hotel is excellent and I will be back.

Loved this hotel! Very spacious and the staff is very friendly. The buffet style breakfast had so many options and very tasty. Location is really close to the airport. I would recommend to stay here.
