“가족 여행 중 혹시나 하고 아파트를 선택한 것이 또 최악이었다. 아파트 입구에 오후 4시에 도착하였는데 입구가 닫혀있고 연락처에 전화하였지만 받지를 않았다. 오후 7시까지 전화 100통은 하고 기다리다 결국 포기하고 hotels.com에서 인근 다른 호텔을 예약하여 숙박하였다. hotels.com에 취소 메일을 보내고 환불해달라고 했는데, 알아보고 회신한다고 하더니 이렇게 후기를 쓰라고 메일이 왔다. 혹시 나처럼 다른 고객의 불편을 겪을까 후기를 올린다.”

“The 2 bed apartment was absolutely huge. Kitchen was very modern and had all the equipment you could need. Beds were comfortable and loads of storage. “Spent a 10 night holiday with family in this apartment. The apartments are pretty clean, well equipped for basic cooking. Also have a large fridge freezer, dryer rack, washing machine and most importantly proper cold air conditioning. The stuff Gaia and Isabel looked after us like personal guests.
