โMy husband and I stayed in the suite and it was wonderful! The sunroom in the middle of the suite as you walk in is stunning, and itโs right next to the Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista. It was also walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. However, there is no dedicated parking or elevator in the hotel so that may be something to keep in mind while staying upstairs in the suites. Regardless, this hotel is beautiful and I recommend staying here!โ
โThis is the second time in a row we stayed at this location and I must say it's fantastic the staff is friendly and professional. Check in is fast we asked for an upgrade and I'm glad we did, the room was beautiful and very clean. The bar/Cafe is the best, bartender makes the best drinks and the crab tacos are delicious. โI had a great stay at Casa of Essence. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making early check in easy. The property was very clean, both in the rooms and in the common areas, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The location couldnโt be better โ itโs close to almost everything in Old San Juan, so we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront without needing transportation.
