"The hotel was very stately inside and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little older - there was dirt around the AC duct and staining on the wall below. The room was quite warm and the thermostat was locked down so we couldn’t turn on the AC. We did pop the windows , so in the end we had a comfy sleep :)."

"I had a good stay. What I loved about the hotel is the brilliant design. Although the hotel is located right in heart of town, actual rooms are more interior and towards the back away from Main Street. In addition on the back, the immediate outward area is the bathroom and shower. As result main sleeping area is in middle and extremely quiet. Further window shutters are very high quality metal plates which make the room very dark as night sky. So you will have ultimate comfort for your sleep. Staff also were very kind and eager to help anyways they could. One downside issue was the breakfast area, it is extremely small and cramped and people often run to each other. They have an outdoor area behind breakfast room which is open space, I recommend them to cover it and then remove the sliding glass doors to make it one giant breakfast area. Otherwise you would love staying there, it is very centrally located with so many shops around and near all attractions."

"The hotel was clearly a palazzo, retaining some grand and elegant reception rooms in which to sit. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and varied (juice, hot drinks, fruit, cereal, bacon, eggs, meats, cheese and varied pastries). I chose a very well priced en-suite Basic single room for 1 night. It was quiet, clean, well furnished with a comfortable bed, crisp clean sheets and towels. Whilst that level of room is not luxurious, you could stay in that room for a couple of nights or more at a very good rate."

"This is a good value for money option. The room was fine and the air conditioning was key. The staff makes an effort. The set of rooms had a shared kitchen which is great. The elevator is about 2 feet wide and maybe 4 feet deep, so be aware. It works fine but two of you plus your luggage will not fit. The main issue for me was their check in. They sent a note via Expedia that I had to do remote check-in (e.g. no reception) and to contact them via email or WhatsApp three days ahead. I emailed them via Expedia: no reply. I had to Google to find an email for them: got an AI reply that couldn't find my reservation. Called Expedia: their phones were up by then, so they told me to call them and someone would answer. I talked to a human who said I should email them, who I told them I already had. The second email got me the form to fill out, which I did, and a reply that I'd get the instructions around 10 a.m. on my check-in day, which I did. On arriving, the first thing it says is to call a phone number which will buzz me in, and if it doesn't work, to turn off roaming. It doesn't work, I turn off roaming, still didn't work. I look at the names on the apartment directory and one is for ... Reception. So I press it, someone buzzes me in, then a human checks me in. Reception is there from 9a-9p. So... Why did I have to do all the automated process that didn't work anyway? Fix it or drop it."
