"There were issues with loose drainage in the shower and other minor construction issues that were annoying. Nightly parking fee is outrageously expensive for a mid-level property. Other than that it was clean, friendly staff, and great location in the heart of the old town."

"I recently had a wonderful stay at this lodge. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, making it feel like a real home away from home. Everything was very comfortable, from the layout to the overall atmosphere, which made for a very relaxing visit. What really stood out, however, was the service. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout my time there. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay."

"I was in room 419 from Aug 24- 28Staff was beyond excellent, friendly, very attentive and helpful, with security , Jennifer, Carlos some of the name I remember, but the entire staff was excellent making feel the guest as part of their family, room very clean fresh towel and amenities daily, WiFi with free transportation to and from the garage unlimited, very convenient location with restaurants, stores , bakery and attractions within walking distance, I have good memories of Hotel Plaza Mayaguez, I strongly recommend this hotel."
