"Breakfast was excellent. Only negatives were problems with our room key and temperature of our room. These were quickly rectified by the excellent front desk staff. Hotel is within walking distance of the Old Medina. "

The room appeared to be fine but dust and dirt marks on counters and light switches. A staff entered our room the next morning around 8:30am when we were still in the room. "

"I am rating the hotel the lowest possible score due to Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center not allowing me to shorten my prepaid 3 night hotel stay on March 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026 at check-in to 2 nights and get reimbursed for the last night which was not used. Due to the Iran War, my flight to the Middle East was cancelled and I did not need to stay the last night in Casablanca to catch my flight. Most hotels will allow you to adjust the stay at check-in, but not this Radisson. I suggest that you do business with a hotel that is more understanding in a war situation. They should be ashamed of their business practice. They told me at check-in that I needed to get my reimbursement from Expedia, but it was really Radisson that refused to reimburse me."
