La struttura è ben collegata e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. L'hotel offre un ottimo servizio navetta per raggiungere il porto di Casamicciola terme. Per chi volesse affittare uno scooter o un auto proprio di fronte c'è un ampio parcheggio gratuito... Il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Le camere si presentano ampie, quasi tutte dotate di balconcino o addirittura terrazzo con la possibilità di stendere anche costume o e si necessita di asciugamani, ad ogni piano c'è una terrazza solarium. Non abbiamo avuto modo di pranzare o cenare, ma usufruendo del servizio colazione possiamo dire che anche sull'aspetto ristorazione funziona bene , con personale che serviva ai tavoli e preparando anche ottime crepes al momento... Ottimo anche il percorso spa, che dopo una giornata al mare o in piscina dona un po' di relax. Sicuramente io e il mio fidanzato ci ritorneremo e consigliamo a tutti di provare un pernotto in quest'hotel.

Albergo no 3 stelle deluso con hotel com bagno orribile sporco poi delusione con cassaforte non funzionante e preso in giro x riparazione mai avvenuta da parte di. Un signore addetto alla riparazione costretto sia in. Piscina che mare a portare sopra carte di credito e euro effetti personale ecc x impossibilità di lasciare in hotel personale menefreghista vacanza rovinata peccato aspettata dopo covi x rilassamento ma vacanza orribile in futuro penso di cambiare motore di prenotazione hotel deluso con hotel com. Posizione dell’hotel eccellente per muoversi. Personale squisito ed altamente professionale. Ci hanno permesso di continuare il soggiorno in piscina anche dopo il check-out, oltre ad offrirci molti servizi nel centro spa. Unica pecca sono le camere, un po’ vecchie e con il letto scomodo, ma consiglio vivamente la struttura.

é la seconda volta che torno in questo hotel e lo trovato gradevole come sempre.ambiente molte rilassante,gestito dai proprietari che non fanno mai mancare la cortesia anche da parte dei dipendenti.piscina fantastica anche di notte sempre calda.la cucina che giudicherei il punto forte di questo hotel è sempre completa e varia.l'unica pecca sono le stanze da rinnovare negli arredi,letto un pò cigolante nella mia (bagni già ristrutturati) ma comunque sempre pulite e silenziose.il reparto termale è ben attrezzato.

Terme Eisabetta yllättää positiivisesti

Hotelliin mentäessä tulee olla jo tietoinen, ettei henkilökunta puhu englantia kuin hyvin auttavasti. Elekielellä selviää. Hotellissa on pieni kylpylä mutta paljon ihania hoitoja. Uima-allas/baari alue oli kolmen tähden hotelliksi todella hyvä ja viihtyisä. Illalla oli ohjelmaa allasalueella ja tunnelma oli todella mukaansa tempaava. Aamupala oli taas kehno, ei ollut paljoa valinnanvaraa. Hotellista jaksaa hyväjalkaisena taivaltaa alas kylän keskustaan(satamaan) ottamatta ylihintaista taksia.
