“Worst night of sleep. The fire alarm kept going off starting at 1 am. We were exhausted and moving was not an option. We left the wall furnace off and it stopped beeping. We got about 4 hours sleep. When I reported it in the morning, the desk person said “thanks we will look at it”. Wow! The customer service is a little rough!!!”
