"Room was very reasonably priced and clean. We have stayed here twice and we love the buildings location and old charm! That being said, my only real complaint is that they need some type of air conditioning…it is listed on their website but that is not true at all. We have visited in October and April, both cooler months at night, but even with the cooler night temperatures, the rooms were terribly hot. The first room we stayed in the window wouldn’t open at all. The second room the windows did open but no screens and bugs were flying in…they do provide fans but I guess I just prefer to sleep a little cooler. "

"First and foremost... I don't know if this was a seasonal thing or a permanent thing.. BUT THERE IS NO A/C!! Didn't have a choice really because by the time we got there it was already midnight and had prepaid for the stay (which I didn't see anything about this not being available) needless to say bring a fan if you plan on staying here. My husband and I both had portable fans that we kept on all night long to help. The outside of the room was cooler than inside, they have a window that you can crack, but no screen.. so def sketch and not worth leaving open while you sleep all night. Overall the aesthetic and room was very clean looking, however the smell didn't pass in that sense. It kinda had this stinky odor of just musk in the room.. probably has to do with multiple prior guests sweating into the mattress because of no A/C.. Other than that, shower is small but water pressure is decent. We paid extra for the microwave and fridge which we didn't really use since we were only in the room for 7 hrs. But overall, ok stay, but would definitely pay the extra $10-20 to stay somewhere else with A/C."

"Parking sucked we could haedly get my small suv in-between the 2 cars parked there at our cabin, the 2 cabins on either side had prople living in them full time it looked like and both where loud and playing music tell about 3 am .just over all felt sketchy "
