By the way there is no phone in the room so if you want to call reception there is no way to call no matter what you need toothbrush or help. No wine glasses in the room. When ask for 2x glasses, we were told we will be charged 5 euro per glass! 10 euro for 2 empty glasses! Yeah, hospitality! Have been traveling throughout Europe, never had been asked to pay for empty glasses! New level of "f** you" by these guys! At 23.36 party music is coming through the window. Our room is on the opposite side of the building from the restaurant, so music is, probably, very loud. I can hardly imagine what other guests are experiencing. "
