We stopped at this hotel for a week in 2025 and were blown away by the quality of this hotel. As we were visiting Sarasota for a couple of days in 2026 we had no hesitation in booking the Carlisle again."

"Beautiful property and very well maintained. It’s also in a very good location as you are not far from Anna Maria Island, St. Armand’s Square or Siesta Key. The only thing - you need to pay for the beach umbrellas, but that’s alright as they offer complimentary valet parking, so all in all you still get a good value. It is also an Opal Resorts hotel, so the level of service is definitely superior to other hotels. My husband and I go to Opal hotels all the time, and we always have a great experience. We shall return! 😊"

"I liked the inclusive breakfast. Room (mostly bathroom) was not throughly clean. Couldn’t access my hotel room past a certain hour and the staff mentioned that sometimes there are issues with the keys not opening, which I found it frustrating."
