"Very basic as far as hotels goes. Bed was a bit stiff for my taste. Pillows were small yet soft. "

"I found the morning complimentary coffee service in the lobby unsatisfactory. A trying experience….and exchange with the staff proved challenging…. A lack of explanation regarding the self service equipment created challenges, and after figuring out the equipment, found myself giving tutorials for other guests that were also equally confused…. Funny mold smell in our guest room…. Great MCM vintage architecture with a cool vibe….but the courtyard landscaping around the pool needs improvement and better plantings…. Mattress and bedding in the room was great…. And we had a good sleep!"

"Fantastic staff! Lovely location off the 202. Love the full kitchen and laundry in the room. It was clean and comfy. The grounds were very well taken care of. Will stay here when we come to Phoenix. "

"Key card did not work after several attempts between front desk and room maintenance finally game and fixed the key but you had to push the handle up instead of down. No ice buckets you have to ask and they give you a trash bag. Breakfast was a coconut donut only nothing else available. The rook was a bit dirty with reminisce of prior stays on the bed platform (hair, crumbs of some sort). The a/c kept glitching and would not let you adjust it....will never stay here again!"

"It was a great place! Great breakfast. The gym could use more equipment. The tv could use an update so we can stream. We loved the pool, but wish it was open a tad later. "

"Clean suite for a great price, check in and out were a breeze. The only issue was the blinds in the master bedroom had broken slats that left the feeling people could see in and the street facing window in the second bedroom didn’t lock so we had to buy a dowel and a saw for peace of mind."
