"We arrived at 1:30 told check-in wasn’t until 3:00. Said “Oh no rooms available right now?” The answer, “I didn’t say that, I have rooms but you have to pay to check in early.” It was obvious we had been on the road all day. We paid the $20. Went back and asked if there was an elevator- received a snarky response “That’s why I told you that your room is up those stairs. Room was basic and a little old. Lamps unplugged- had to pull out bed to find plug. Plug in bathroom not working- wouldn’t have been a big deal but few plugs in room. The punchline- asked to speak to the manager- apparently ANA- who checked us in was the manager. Will never be back!"

"Rooms were clean, except the floors left your socks dirty when you walked around in the room. Staff was great to any requests. Hot tub was quite warm, but really needed better jet action. Having a washer and dryer in the room was nice to have available. I am sad to hear that it is turning into apartments. We have enjoyed staying here."
