I’ve had such a positive experience staying here. The staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Any time I’ve had a question, concern, or problem, they’ve addressed it right away and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed somewhere where everything felt this easy and stress-free. The level of customer service really stands out, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about their guests and wants them to be comfortable. I’m extremely grateful for how well I’ve been treated here and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with wonderful people and excellent service. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay such a pleasant one!

Wenjoyed the pool & the breakfast waffles. The only thing that bothered us was that NONE of the ice machines worked, Other than that it’s an decent, affordable place to stay not too far from airport. I would stay here again despite the ice machine thing lol

Although the pictures don’t match the in person vibe (maybe the pics are older or the product of an instagram filter), the accommodations we clean and quiet and good for a night. But like other reviewers, breakfast was basically a few donuts.

Convenient location. Issue with jetted tub initially and was moved. Staff could have been a little more helpful. Had an ubereat delivery and I informed staff to tell the driver the new room number if he/she came in. She did, but I wasnt informed and I had to return to front to find it.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service

The property is currently undergoing a long-overdue renovation. My room was almost uninhabitable. There was a strong mold odor coming from the fridge when I opened its door, which permeated the room. I was too tired to switch rooms and kept the A/C cranked overnight to keep the air moving. Peeling wallpaper and missing trim didn't help the ambience. The kicker was when I went to shower in the morning, the tub/shower diverter valve didn't work. I bathed by kneeling in the tub and using the ice bucket to wash and rinse my hair. That should never happen in the cheapest of hotels-which this was not. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I put this debacle squarely on the manager/owner for renting out rooms that should be closed until much-needed repairs are completed. There's no way previous occupants didn't complain about the room's condition and they rented it out anyway.

I solo traveled to AZ and booked this hotel because pricing was good and reviews were decent. Unfortunately, it was not very clean. There were some bugs/flies on my bed. The AC would not get colder than 80 degrees so it was hot. There was no warm water. My door didn’t lock very well, which was not great considering I’m a girl traveling by myself. I just felt uneasy there. I was considering pushing through and sleeping there, but honestly booked a separate hotel after being in my room for about an hour. Staff was nice, so there’s a positive.

When I was sleeping, the hotel front desk clerk opened my door at 6:30 am. If the metal door latch wasn't used he would have walked right in. I jumped out of bed and saw who it was so I opened the door and he said "I'm sorry. I thought you had already checked out". I'm a woman traveling alone. I was exhausted because my flight was delayed and didn't get to the hotel until 12am on 10/8. I was planning on getting a full night's sleep so I could be well rested for the busy day ahead of me. But, after this I couldn't go back to sleep because I didn't feel safe at all. I got dressed and left immediately. As for the property, it needs to be updated. The pictures online are deceiving. I noticed some doors looked shabby and like someone had tried to kick one of them in. The room was dingy, the shower didn't work properly so while showering (with cold water only - no hot water) the tub was filling up. The only thing good was that the bed was comfortable and the bedding seemed clean. Too bad I wasn't able to get the rest I needed.

It's a great budget option. Motel setup with slightly better than a Travelodge paint scheme. Pool was as advertised, heated with a hot tub area. You will encounter a mix of residents including a few sketchy ones but that's what you would expect at this price point.

Second stay here and a very nice hotel for the price. Have not used the pool yet but looks great. Only complaint and it is a big one is housekeeping was way to loud starting at 8:30 or so. Way too loud with their talking outside the rooms and their carts really rumble on the second floor. A hotel is a place to sleep and some people like to sleep in. They should be more mindful of that.

Its a true motel with doors that open to the outside. One side to the motel, the side we stayed on, is open to the road and we heard noises and people all night which made it feel a bit unsafe. The pool was nice and I guess for the price you get what you pay for.

Absolutely loved our room. The jet tub was exactly what I needed for my staycation. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the cleanliness was because we found a live cockroach in our room a couple minutes after we entered it. Otherwise, the room was spotless.
