The receptionist when we arrived was barely civil and unhelpful she sent us to our rooms without any direction. We were roaming around the property around 1am with children and suitcases and were helped by security to find our way. Fortunately throughout our stay a different receptionist helped us a lot as there were a mixed up on my reservations

Everything was fantastic except for the crusty spare blanket kept in the closet. The breakfast is exceptional. I very much enjoyed the made to order omelet and the fresh squeezed OJ!
