"We were allowed to check in 20 minutes before the official check in time and James was very thorough at the front desk ensuring that we knew where all of the amenities are located on the property, the times of breakfast, and even made sure I knew where the most convenient door and parking lot to park for the shortest distance when coming and going from the hotel. The room was spotless when we first arrived and stocked fully with lotions, soaps, shampoo and linens. Every staff encounter was very pleasant and fruitful. The kitchen crew, absolutely wonderful! Those ladies were hard workers, ensuring a variety of foods prepared exceptionally well. The grits were very delightful! Thank you for that extra effort. We were very happy that towels were well stocked at the pool side and the few times that no towels were pool side upon entering the pool deck, staff very promptly brought out fresh towels without needing to ask. And the evening service to start the fire pit happened without having to ask to start a fire. The staff are just amazing at anticipating needs Overall, we got a great deal for such great service and a high quality stat! Comfortable mattress and pillows too! I highly recommend this hotel! "
