The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight parking but you are able to pay for up to 1 full day of parking on the ParkMobile app commonly used around Tempe. We needed the convenience of leaving in a timely manner every morning so we chose to park in that garage even though it is a litte pricey (~$18 a night). Be prepared for all of the parking in tempe to be hidden or limited.

Add $20/night for parking. This ROOM was exactly as described and even had a giant "closet" (a converted hallway and stairwell) for storing things. But I thought Tempe was suburban and parking was never an issue. There is NO free overnight parking.

Everything was great—cleanliness, supplies, location, ease of check in, communication…The bed was hard, but I slept fine. You could hear cars and people right outside, but it’s a college town, so that’s to be expected. Perfect distance, walked to ASU everyday. Would recommend 100%.

I really wanted to love this stay. It was very clean, proximity to where we needed to be was great and that was it. There were some things that the digital guest book states were included that were not. There was no closet to hang up clothes, inadequate parking (which wasnt disclosed till after security deposit was paid), only 1 towel was provided per person for the entirety of our stay (5 days), there was supposed to be an access key for the pool and it was missing and the bed was super firm. The host was good and replying to my intial message but anytime they said they would have to ask their cleaner I never got an answer. For what I paid for this and the secure parking I should have just stayed at the hotel down the block.

Very nice property and great location. This was my second stay at this property and will stay there ever time I visit Tempe. The only thing I do not care for is the fact that the guest staying in room cannot control the temperature or I just could not find the thermostat.

Great location. Within walking distance of great food, shopping, transportation and nightlife. Great communication all the way around. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. If I had to say one negative, it would be that the bed was so hard!

Excellent, overall. Bed was very comfortable, though lower to the ground, so could be a factor if you have mobility issues. Very clean and all in working order. Walkable to many different shops and campus. Pool area quiet and serene. Great communication with property manager.

We were attending a music festival in Tempe that was walking distance and this place was perfectly located. Pretty minimalist, but clean and had laundry. There was no parking, but there was a paylot across the street. Nothing fancy, but clean and modern.
